Delete Your Account

GymSpaces is operated by GymSpaces Limited. You can permanently delete your GymSpaces account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this: directly inside the app, or by emailing us. Both routes remove the same data, and deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside GymSpaces:

1. Open the GymSpaces app on your phone (iOS or Android).
2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Once you confirm, your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone, and you will be signed out on all of your devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email gymspacesapp@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, using the subject line "Delete my account".

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and then process the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you at that same email address if we need anything to confirm the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile
• Your body metrics
• Your programs and workout logs
• Your nutrition logs
• Your recovery data
• Your goals and personal records
• Your Circle memberships and the posts you created

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we may retain

After deletion, we may keep a limited amount of information where we are required to by law. We may also keep aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you. Any such records are retained for no longer than necessary.
