Delete Your Account

GymSpaces is operated by GymSpaces Limited. You can permanently delete your GymSpaces account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this: directly inside the app, or by emailing us. Both routes remove the same data, and deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting your GymSpaces account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a GymSpaces Pro subscription billed by Apple or Google. If you subscribe, cancel it in the store where you purchased it before deleting your account. Cancellation stops renewal. If you keep your GymSpaces account, Pro continues through the paid period. If you delete the account, app access and data end immediately and remaining subscription time is not refunded.

Deleting your GymSpaces account does not request a refund. For an Apple-billed purchase, request a refund from Apple. For a Google Play purchase, start with Google Play's refund process and contact us if Google directs you to the developer or if your purchase was not delivered. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside GymSpaces:

Open the GymSpaces app on your phone (iOS or Android).
Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

Once you confirm, your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone, and you will be signed out on all of your devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email gymspacesapp@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, using the subject line "Delete my account".

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and then process the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you at that same email address if we need anything to confirm the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account and profile
Your body metrics
Your programs and workout logs
Your nutrition logs
Your recovery data
Your goals and personal records
Your age-eligibility decision

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we may retain

After deletion, we may keep a limited amount of information where we are required to by law. Apple, Google, and our subscription provider may also keep transaction records under their billing, fraud-prevention, legal, and privacy obligations. We may keep aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you. Any records we control are retained for no longer than necessary.
